Pour une première fois, l’expérience a été un sans-faute. J’ai opté pour le sandwich du moment, un pain libanais généreusement garni d’effiloché de poulet au citron confit et olives, sublimé par une crème cajou-tahini et une salade croquante assaisonnée au sumac. Mention spéciale à la hot sauce à la rhubarbe, qui apporte un twist inattendu et parfaitement dosé. Ma femme a choisi le Tuna Melt, un vrai concentré de gourmandise dans un pain au levain croustillant : thon, cheddar fondant, herbes fraîches, épices cajun, mayonnaise au citron vert… tout est savamment équilibré. Le lieu est lumineux, bien pensé, à la fois simple et accueillant. Le service est rapide et attentionné, et l’équipe dégage une vraie passion pour ce qu’elle fait. Une très belle surprise qui donne envie de revenir goûter le reste de la carte ! ”
